Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the book arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

• Your name

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs of the book and packaging

After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

A replacement file or refund may be considered when:

• The customer receives the wrong file

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened

• A duplicate charge occurred

• A refund is required by applicable law

Customers should contact us if they experience a technical issue so we can help correct the problem.

Sale and Clearance Items

Sale, promotional, discounted, and clearance items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Approval

Contact Fairway Green Publishing before mailing a return. Items returned without prior approval may not qualify for a refund.

Please do not send returns to a printer, distributor, or fulfillment company unless we provide specific instructions.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package may be refunded after return shipping and related costs are deducted.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they enter printing, processing, or shipment.

Once an order has been printed, processed, shipped, personalized, or digitally delivered, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Purchases From Other Retailers

Books purchased through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, another bookstore, or a third-party retailer must be returned through the original seller and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.
